At Scent City, we value your trust and satisfaction. We aim to deliver high-quality perfumes with utmost care. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policy is designed to help you.


1. Eligibility for Return

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong items received.

  • To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Due to the nature of perfumes and hygiene standards, opened or used products cannot be returned.


2. Return Process

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect).

  3. Once approved, we’ll share the return shipping details.

  4. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your replacement or refund as applicable.


3. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

  • In case of COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer after confirmation.


4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. However, if your product is eligible for return, you may request a replacement for the same item.

  • Opened or used perfumes

  • Items purchased on sale or under special offers

  • Gift cards or discovery sets
