3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999 within India.

Orders below ₹999 will have a standard delivery charge of ₹75.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking ID and courier partner details to track your package.
5. International Shipping
Currently, we ship only within India. International delivery will be available soon.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos at scentcityboutique@gmail.com. We’ll resolve your issue promptly through a replacement or refund.
7. Address Errors
Please double-check your shipping address and contact number before placing the order. Scent City will not be responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address details.
